What countries do you ship to?

We’re currently shipping to The Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic and Sweden. If you wish to place an order from a country that is not stated here, please contact us through our socials or the contact form with your country of request.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the country of destination and are calculated before check-out. Shipping is always free of charge for orders over €250 for the countries listed above. Aurum occasionally offers free shipping at celebratory moments, leave your details at the bottom of this page to stay in the know.

When will my order be delivered?

The Netherlands and Belgium: We aim to send your order within 3 to 5 business days. Personalized and made to order items take a little longer. We aim to send your order within 5 to 10 business days.

Other countries: We aim to send your order within 5 to 7 business days. Personalized and made to order items take a little longer. We aim to send your order within 10 to 16 business days.

If you have not received a confirmation of shipment for your order within the number of days shown for your country above, please contact us through our socials or the contact form.

What if my order is urgent?

Having last-minute gift inspiration? Or did you forget an important occasion? Please let us know so we can double-check if and how we can get your order to its destination on time. Please keep in mind that additional shipment costs may be charged.

Can I return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer you the possibility to exchange the jewels bought, opt for a gift card or get a refund for the goods you wish to return. Personalized and custom orders are excluded from returns.

After delivery, you have the right to open the parcel and check your purchase. However, goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging. If the return does not match these terms, we will not be able to exchange or refund your purchase.

If you wish to return a jewel, please send an e-mail to and include your full name and order number in order to receive a return form. You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase from the date of delivery.  Once you have arranged the return, your parcel must reach us within 7 business days for returns within Europe and 14 business days for returns from the rest of the world.

Please note that you carry all the shipping costs of the return. If you choose to return the goods via your local postal service, we advise you to ship the parcel by registered mail, insured for its full value. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking option, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. 

When your return package has reached us in good order, the refund will be made within 14 calendar days with the same payment method you originally used. In some cases the initial shipping costs (if applicable) of your order will be refunded as well.
